Bus services for public transport

EUROBUS runs city, regional and night bus routes, for example Regionalbus Lenzburg on behalf of the canton of Aargau, the Rottal Auto AG routes on behalf of the canton of Lucerne and Stadtbus Kreuzlingen on behalf of the city of Kreuzlingen. More under Public transport routes.

As a licensed operator, you award the service and EUROBUS drives it: on behalf of PostBus in the regions of Bern, Eastern Switzerland and Central Switzerland and in the “Plateau de Diesse” region, and on behalf of the Biel/Bienne transport company (Verkehrsbetriebe Biel) and Verkehrsbetriebe Glattal (VBG). EUROBUS also runs routes as a licensed operator in its own right. In Biel/Bienne, for example, Funicar AG operates a route of its own, in addition to the routes run on behalf of the Verkehrsbetriebe Biel.

Your employees get to work by shuttle: alongside the public routes, EUROBUS is active in company transport, for example with shuttle services for employees. For ETH Zurich, EUROBUS runs the Science City Link between ETH Hönggerberg and ETH Zentrum. EUROBUS also provides shuttle services at trade fairs, open-air festivals, sporting events and other events with many visitors; more under EUROBUS Coach Hire.

For schools and municipalities, EUROBUS runs school buses in several regions of Switzerland, with vehicles seating from 7 to 80 and for children with and without disabilities. More in the School bus area.

During maintenance work and upgrades on railway lines, EUROBUS replaces trains with buses. As general contractor, EUROBUS takes charge of planning and delivering the rail replacement service for SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) and other railway companies. More in the Rail replacement services area.
