Experience the royal capital of Copenhagen with its enchanting Christmas market in the famous Tivoli amusement park, and enjoy a traditional Danish Christmas meal in the form of a "Julebuffet".
Day 1: Switzerland - Hanover
Journey to Hanover for an overnight stop en route.
Day 2: Hanover - Copenhagen
Drive to Puttgarden, where the ferry takes you across to Rodby. Continue by coach to Copenhagen. During Advent, the whole of Copenhagen is festively decorated: from the shopping street Strøget to the historic harbour district of Nyhavn, thousands of lights create a magical atmosphere. In the evening, the traditional "Julebuffet" awaits you, a typically Danish Christmas buffet with herring, salmon, roast pork and many other delicious specialities.
Day 3: Copenhagen
In the morning, explore the Christmas-decorated lanes of Copenhagen on a city sightseeing tour. For lunch, enjoy a legendary smørrebrød with Danish aquavit "snaps". Afterwards, the Tivoli awaits: during Advent the amusement park transforms into a festive Christmas wonderland with a lovingly designed market, nostalgic rides and traditional treats. 110,000 light bulbs create a fairytale atmosphere.
Day 4: Copenhagen
A free day to make your own plans. Stroll along the shopping street Strøget and visit atmospheric markets such as the one at Kongens Nytorv, with numerous stalls full of gift ideas and treats.
Day 5: Copenhagen - Hanover
Drive to Rodby. Ferry crossing to Puttgarden. Continue by coach to an overnight stay in Hanover.
Day 6: Hanover - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.
