Day 1: Switzerland - Strasbourg

You leave Switzerland and travel through the Pre-Alps and the French lowlands into Alsace. On arrival in Strasbourg, you get to know the main sights on a guided city tour. This is followed by a boat trip on the River Ill, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the city. Enjoy a typical Alsatian dinner in a romantic restaurant.

Day 2: Colmar

A full-day excursion takes you to Colmar, the capital of Alsatian wine culture. Half-timbered houses and romantic canals shape the image of this medieval town. You visit a local winegrower in his parlour and taste three fine Alsatian wines and a glass of Crémant. On the way, you travel along the famous Alsace Wine Route with its terraced vineyards and idyllic villages.

Day 3: Vosges

The last day of the trip belongs to the Vosges. You head into the gentle mountains, passing through green valleys and forests. A cosy mountain inn welcomes you to a hearty traditional milking-time meal. Afterwards, you visit the legendary Maison du Fromage, where you sample cheese specialities with a glass of Alsatian wine.

Day 4: Strasbourg - Switzerland

Before you begin the journey home, you travel to the impressive "Haut-Koenigsbourg". From there you have a breathtaking view over Alsace, the Vosges, the Rhine plain all the way to the Black Forest.
