A holiday straight out of the movies
At the Bergdoktorfest, all visitors have the opportunity to put questions to the stars around Hans Sigl and to meet the actors up close. Every year, the stage programme holds surprises and provides excellent entertainment at the foot of the Hohe Salve in Hochsöll. Of course, a visit to the Bergdoktor practice must not be missing from this trip!
Day 1: Switzerland - Tyrol
Journey to Innsbruck. Free lunch stop. Onward journey to your hotel.
Day 2: Bergdoktor Festival
After breakfast, you head high up the mountain by cable car. When, for once in Hochsöll, it is not the witches but Hans Sigl and co. who are causing “mischief”, then there can only be one thing: it is time for the Bergdoktor mountain festival again! On 09 September 2027, “Bergdoktor” Martin Gruber and his series colleagues will take to the stage and answer the fans’ questions, possibly reveal one or two details of the new series, and who knows, perhaps there will again be spectacular performances like last year? Guests can certainly look forward to it.
Afterwards, you are invited to the Hexenwasser experience stations to listen, look and think barefoot. At selected experience stations, Hexenwasser staff and information boards provide you with comprehensive information. After an eventful day, a communal dinner awaits you at the hotel.
Please note: the event has no reserved seats. These are standing places. The event takes place outdoors in all weather. Umbrellas may not be taken onto the event grounds; we recommend bringing rain capes.
Day 3: Bergdoktor practice
After breakfast, you make your way to the charming, rustic Bergdoktor practice, which you can comfortably reach from the car park via a 10-minute walk. Here you have the unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of the Bergdoktor and capture your impressions in an unforgettable souvenir photo. Afterwards, you can look forward to a scenic gondola ride into the airy heights with the Hartkaiserbahn in Ellmau. Up here, the Wilder Kaiser presents itself in all its splendour. Let your soul dangle and enjoy the unique view of the surrounding mountain scenery.
Day 4: Tyrol - Switzerland
After breakfast, you set off for home in good spirits and full of new impressions! Return journey via Innsbruck through the Arlberg Tunnel back to Switzerland.
You will stay in a mid-range hotel in the Kitzbühel Alps / Wildschönau. The rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer and satellite TV. The hotel will be announced to you with the travel documents.
