In Stansstad you disembark, and the coach takes you on to the lower station of the Stanserhorn railway.

First you travel a stretch on the historic funicular, then the "Openair-CabriO-Gondelbahn" takes you high into the air. The CabriO cable car is the first cable car in the world with an open upper deck and an absolute innovation in cable car technology.

This eventful journey on the funicular dating from 1893 and the world-first CabriO up to Stanserhorn is like a journey through the history of cable cars.

At the Rondorama mountain restaurant you enjoy a typical Swiss lunch. The restaurant revolves once around its own axis in 43 minutes, offering a panoramic tour. The view of 100 km of Alpine chain and no fewer than 10 Swiss lakes makes every heart beat faster.

After lunch, a prize-winning ranger leads you around the summit in about an hour.

The cable car then takes you back down to the lower station, and you begin your journey home.
