Coastal Magic in Autumn
An autumnal cruise along the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts offers the opportunity to discover Europe's diverse coastal cities bathed in soft, golden light. Every stage of this journey combines maritime charm with cultural highlights and varied landscapes.
Day 1: Switzerland - Savona
Journey to Savona. You will check into your cabin and can explore the ship. At 16.30 the call of ‘Let go!’ sounds and the ship sets sail.
Day 2: Barcelona
A highlight of Barcelona is the monumental Sagrada Família church, located in the Eixample district. Another ‘must see’ is Park Güell, the city's most famous park.

Day 3: At sea
Take some time out and relax at the Solemio Beauty Spa, or enjoy an Aperol Spritz on Deck 11 with a wonderful view of the sea. Every evening in the theatre, spectacular shows await you: musicals, comedy shows, acrobats, games and much more.
Day 4: Cádiz
Cádiz enchants with its Andalusian charm and its spectacular position on the Atlantic. The historic old town, with its narrow lanes, lively squares and impressive cathedral, invites you to explore. (Arrival 07.30 h / departure 17.00 h)
Days 5 + 6: Lisbon
Lisbon captivates with its blend of tradition and modernity. The winding lanes of Alfama, the nostalgic clatter of the yellow trams and the impressive 25 de Abril Bridge give the city its unique character.

Day 7: Gibraltar
Gibraltar, the small British overseas territory at the southern tip of Spain, impresses with its unique blend of British and Mediterranean culture. The landmark, the imposing Rock of Gibraltar, offers breathtaking views of Europe and Africa, as well as an encounter with the famous Barbary macaques. (Arrival 13.00 h / departure 19.00 h)
Day 8: Málaga
Málaga, the sunny pearl of Andalusia, combines art, history and Mediterranean flair. Along the elegant harbour promenade and the charming old town, tapas bars, boutiques and lively squares await. (Arrival 08.00 h / departure 18.00 h)
Day 9: Cartagena
Cartagena in Spain is a port city on the Costa Cálida, known for its Roman ruins, especially the impressive Roman Theatre, and its lively mix of ancient history and modern maritime culture. It combines Mediterranean flair, historic architecture and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. (Arrival 08.00 h / departure 18.00 h)
Day 9: At sea
Day 10: Marseille
To gain a full impression of the beauty of Marseille's old town, we recommend a visit to the Rue du Panier, just east of the Vieux Port. Green plants, antique shop signs and wonderful restaurants make the old town what it is. Equally beautiful is the Vieux Port, meaning the Old Port of Marseille. It is the heart of Marseille, and along the harbour breakwater there are many cafés and bars (Arrival 09.00 h / departure 18.00 h).
Day 11: Savona - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.

Up to 2 children aged under 17.99 years sharing a cabin with 2 adults sail on the Costa Diadema free of charge and pay only for the coach journey (Fr. 99.- per child). The 3rd and 4th adults in the cabin benefit from a special price of Fr. 605.- in every cabin category.
Shore excursions
Shore excursions organised by Costa are offered at the ports of your cruise. These excursions are chargeable and must be booked directly with Costa or, where possible, on board the Costa Diadema.
