Day 1: Switzerland - Hamburg
Journey to Hamburg. At 20.00 it is time to "Cast off!" and the ship sets sail.
Day 2: At sea
Let the day at sea on board the Costa Favolosa wash over you. Take a break and relax at the Solemio Beauty Spa, or enjoy a cocktail with a magnificent view of the sea.
Day 3: Portland
Portland lies on the striking coast of Dorset and is the ideal starting point for exploring the famous Jurassic Coast. Spectacular cliffs, picturesque bays and quintessentially English coastal villages characterise the region. (Arrival 09.00 h / Departure 19.00 h)
Day 4: Falmouth
Falmouth lies on the picturesque coast of Cornwall and delights with its maritime charm, pretty lanes and one of the largest natural harbours in the world. The attractive surroundings beckon with rugged coastlines, green landscapes and typically English fishing villages. (Arrival 08.00 h / Departure 18.00 h)
Day 5: Cobh
Brightly coloured houses, lively pubs and the imposing St Colman's Cathedral give Cobh its special charm. Stroll along the harbour promenade and enjoy the quintessentially Irish atmosphere of this small coastal town. (Arrival 09.00 h / Departure 19.00 h)
Day 6: Dún Laoghaire
Dún Laoghaire welcomes you with a lovely harbour promenade on the outskirts of Dublin. Take the opportunity for an excursion to the Irish capital and discover the famous Trinity College, the lively Temple Bar and the elegant Grafton Street. (Arrival 09.00 h / Departure 19.00 h)
Day 7: Liverpool
Liverpool delights with its maritime character, impressive architecture and legendary musical heritage. Follow in the footsteps of the Beatles or explore the vibrant harbour district around the famous Royal Albert Dock. (Arrival 08.00 h / Departure 17.00 h)
Day 8: Greenock
Greenock lies on the Firth of Clyde and is the gateway to the Scottish city of Glasgow. Discover this lively city with its magnificent Victorian architecture, the imposing cathedral and numerous museums and galleries. (Arrival 07.00 h / Departure 15.00 h)
Day 9: At sea
Day 10: Southampton
Southampton has a long maritime history and is one of Britain's most important cruise ports. Take an excursion to the vibrant metropolis of London and discover world-famous sights such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge. (Arrival 07.00 h / Departure 18.00 h)
Day 11: At sea
Day 12: Hamburg - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.
You will feel as if you are in a fairytale, because on board the Costa Favolosa, everything around you turns into emotion and into small and grand moments of wonder. The best way to relax is in the spa or in one of the outdoor whirlpools, followed by a fine glass of wine at the wine bar. Then it is time for dinner: a starred menu or Neapolitan pizza? You will be spoilt for choice... and you will truly feel as if you are in a fairytale!
