Le nozze di Figaro & Concert by the Prague Symphony Orchestra
In the Smetana Hall, the Prague Symphony Orchestra performs works by Rossini, Beethoven and Shostakovich. In the magnificent Estates Theatre, where Mozart himself conducted, you will experience the magic of his opera "Le nozze di Figaro". Let yourself be carried along the Vltava and through the Golden City of Prague on an unforgettable musical journey. A feast for all lovers of classical music! Day 1: Switzerland – Prague
Travel to Prague. After checking into your rooms, dinner awaits you at your hotel. Your 5* hotel is located by the Powder Tower in the heart of the Old Town.
Day 2: Prague Old Town & Concert
On today’s walking tour of the Old Town, you will see the magnificent Art Nouveau façades in Pariser Strasse, the Old Town Square with the Town Hall and Astronomical Clock, Karlova Street, the Vltava embankment and the famous Charles Bridge. You are guests for lunch at the excellent Restaurant Mlýnec. The afternoon is then at your leisure. Just a few steps from the hotel is the famous Smetana Hall, where the Prague Symphony Orchestra performs in the evening.
Day 3: Prague & Opera
On a guided tour, you visit the most important sights in the Castle District, including St Vitus Cathedral, Golden Lane, St George’s Basilica and the Daliborka Tower. Return to the hotel and free afternoon. Before the performance, an opera aperitif with delicacies from the kitchen and cellar. The legendary Estates Theatre is also just a few steps from the hotel. The opera “Le nozze di Figaro” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart begins.
Day 4: Prague – Switzerland
Carrying many fine memories of the city and the performances, you travel back to Switzerland.
You stay in the heart of Prague at the luxurious 5* Grand Hotel Bohemia, just a few minutes from the Powder Tower and the Old Town Square.
