Following the foot of the Jura mountains along the Transjurane motorway to Tavannes, then travelling a little further through the Franches-Montagnes, you arrive in Saignelégier at the Maison de la Tête de Moine. Here you will learn how this typical regional speciality is made. Watch how a delicacy is created from natural ingredients. During the aperitif that follows, you can taste the cheese – delicious!

Via minor roads and along the Doubs, you reach St. Ursanne. On a highly fascinating guided tour, you immerse yourself deep in the Middle Ages.
