Embark on an opera and concert journey to Emilia-Romagna! Your trip begins with «Madama Butterfly» in Parma, a city with a great operatic tradition. In Modena you visit Villa Pavarotti, discover the personal rooms of the legendary tenor and enjoy a small concert in Luciano Pavarotti's former living room.
Day 1: Switzerland – Parma
Travel via Lugano and Milan to Parma. While you are on the way, your music tour guide will prepare you for the upcoming musical programme. You stay at the exclusive Grand Hotel di Parma, where dinner awaits you.
Day 2: Parma & Opera
In the morning, a guided city walk through Parma. You will see, among other things, the Baptistery, the Cathedral and the unique Teatro Farnese, surrounded by wooden galleries. Thanks to influential rulers, Parma was always wealthy and could afford particularly impressive architectural monuments. In the evening, an opera performance at the Teatro Regio di Parma.
Day 3: Excursion to Modena
On a city tour you discover Modena with its elegant old town, the imposing Cathedral and the Piazza Grande. After a shared lunch, in the afternoon you visit Villa Pavarotti, gain personal insights into the life of the world-famous tenor and enjoy, as a special highlight, a small exclusive concert.
Day 4: Parma – Switzerland
You return to Switzerland with many beautiful memories.
You stay at the elegant 5* Grand Hotel di Parma, close to the historic centre.
