A look behind the scenes at the cheese dairy

At the Schufelbühl farm, a guided tour introduces you to the water buffalo up close, and you will learn a great deal about these «gentle giants».

Afterwards, at the mountain dairy, you will find out how cow and buffalo milk are turned into fine cheese specialities, and of course you can taste them straight away.

You then travel up to the Marbachegg on the panoramic gondola lift. There you will be treated to a delicious lunch, always with the wonderful view before your eyes. A fine Kemmeriboden meringue served with Marbach dairy Niidle, and a hot coffee or tea, are also not to be missed.
