Autumn Magic in the Mediterranean
Experience an unforgettable Mediterranean voyage in the golden autumn, full of variety and special impressions. A Mediterranean way of life, cultural highlights and delightful moments combine to create an atmospheric break.
Day 1: Switzerland - Genoa
Travel to Genoa. In Genoa you will check into your cabin and can explore the ship. At 18.00 the call comes: "Cast off!" and the ship sets sail.
Day 2: Marseille
To get a comprehensive impression of the beauty of Marseille's old town, we recommend a detour to the Rue du Panier, which lies not far from the eastern side of the Vieux Port. Green plants, antique shop signs and wonderful restaurants make the old town what it is. Equally beautiful is the "Vieux Port", meaning the Old Port of Marseille. It is the heart of Marseille, and along the harbour mole there are many cafés and bars. Try the delicious specialities of France such as sweet crêpes, a filled baguette or fresh seafood. Near the Old Port lie the lively shopping streets of Marseille. Stroll through the lanes and enjoy the French flair (arrival 08.00 / departure 18.00).
Day 3: Tarragona
Tarragona impresses with its rich Roman history, a charming old town and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere right by the sea.

Day 4: At sea
Take some time out and relax in the MSC Aurea Spa, or enjoy a drink on the open deck with a wonderful view of the sea. Every evening, spectacular shows await you in the theatre: musicals, comedy, acrobats, games and much more.
Day 5: Civitavecchia/Rome
From the old port of Civitavecchia you will reach Rome with its artistic treasures. (arrival 07.00 / departure 18.00)
Day 6: Genoa - Switzerland
In the morning you will return to the Italian city of Genoa. Return journey to Switzerland.
Shore excursions
At the ports of your cruise, shore excursions organised by MSC Magnifica are offered. These shore excursions are chargeable and bookings must be made directly with MSC, or on board the MSC Magnifica where possible.
