Four days packed with unforgettable moments: experience the biggest musical productions on Germany's most important stage, explore one of Europe's most fascinating harbours and immerse yourself in Hamburg's history. From a harbour cruise to a guided city tour, this trip offers culture, entertainment and a sense of discovery.
Day 1: Switzerland - Hamburg
You travel with our comfortable coach from Switzerland to Hamburg. In the evening you check into your room at the centrally located 4* Crowne Plaza on the Aussenalster. The hotel is in the popular district of St. Georg, and the city centre is within walking distance. You enjoy dinner in the hotel's own restaurant. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy freely.
Day 2: Hamburg & Musical
On a city tour in the morning, you discover Hamburg's sights. In the afternoon, enjoy the legendary harbour cruise on the Elbe and see the container giants, the docks and the fascinating harbour architecture. In the evening you have a free choice: enjoy one of the spectacular musicals, either "The Lion King" at the Stage Theater im Hafen or the thrilling "MJ – The Michael Jackson Musical" at the Stage Theater an der Elbe. Or explore Hamburg on your own.
Day 3: Hamburg & Musical
In the morning you can visit the Miniatur Wunderland (optional), the largest model railway in the world. In the evening you again have a free choice: see the glittering musical "The Devil Wears Prada" at the Stage Theater Neue Flora, a sparkling comedy full of glamour and wit. Or enjoy a relaxed evening on your own: stroll through the HafenCity, treat yourself to dinner at one of the excellent restaurants or unwind at the hotel.
Day 4: Hamburg - Switzerland
After a leisurely breakfast, you set off on the return journey to your pick-up points in Switzerland.
The 4* Crowne Plaza Hamburg-City Alster (official national rating) is located in the city centre on the Aussenalster, in the quiet and popular district of St. Georg. The location guarantees a high level of comfort and allows you to reach Jungfernstieg, the city centre and all the sights on foot. The hotel impresses with fully renovated rooms featuring high-speed internet, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and minibar. The standard double rooms have queen-size beds. The excellent restaurant serves high-quality regional and international dishes; the lounge bar "The Plaza" is a popular meeting point. Equivalent hotel if unavailable.
