Day 1: Switzerland – Frankfurt
Welcome the New Year in style in Frankfurt. After your arrival there is time to explore before you are welcomed at dinner.
Day 2: Frankfurt & the Opera
In the morning you explore the metropolis of Frankfurt on an engaging guided city tour. You experience the fascinating mix of historic old town and modern skyline, and learn about the city's history, architecture and notable figures. In the evening, a New Year's Eve dinner awaits you in the atmosphere of the opera restaurant. Afterwards, you watch Verdi's "Masked Ball" at the Frankfurt Opera.
Day 3: Wiesbaden & New Year's Concert
On New Year's Day, start the new year relaxed with a leisurely brunch. You then continue to Wiesbaden, where a guided walking tour introduces you to the charming spa town with its splendid architecture and history. Before the next cultural highlight, the festive New Year's Concert at the Staatstheater, you enjoy a late lunch in pleasant surroundings.
Day 4: Frankfurt – Switzerland
Before heading home, visit the renowned Städel Museum in Frankfurt. The museum is one of Germany's most important art museums and impresses with masterpieces spanning 700 years of European art history, from Albrecht Dürer and Rembrandt to Gerhard Richter. An inspiring end to your journey.
