New Year's Eve Concert & La Traviata in a Palazzo
Unrivalled, entertaining, romantic: Venice is a city full of magic. The beautiful Piazza San Marco is arguably Europe's most elegant drawing room, surrounded by first-rate masterpieces. Experience the opera "La Traviata" in the ambience of a Venetian palazzo. Each scene takes place in a different room. The highlight is the concert as part of the New Year's Eve concerts in the magnificent Gran Teatro La Fenice.
Day 1: Switzerland - Venice
Journey via Milan to Venice. You continue by water taxi to the hotel. In the evening, you dine together at the hotel.
Day 2: Venice & concert at La Fenice
In the morning, you discover the fascinating old town on a guided tour with the famous St Mark's Square and other impressive sights. The afternoon is at your leisure. Ideal for a leisurely stroll through the city or a relaxing break in one of the charming cafés. In the late afternoon, you enjoy the festive New Year's Eve concert at the Gran Teatro La Fenice. A highlight of the year in Italian cultural life.
Day 3: Venice & opera in a palace
In the morning, you take part in a guided tour of the Doge's Palace, once the seat of the powerful Venetian heads of state. You will see magnificent halls, important works of art and the famous Bridge of Sighs. The afternoon is at your leisure. In the evening, a dinner awaits you in a selected restaurant, followed by Verdi's opera “La Traviata” in a Venetian palazzo.
Day 4: Venice - Switzerland
With many lovely impressions in your luggage, the water taxi takes you to the car park. From there, you begin the journey back to Switzerland.
You stay at the 4* Hotel Saturnia in a perfect location in the heart of Venice. St Mark's Square and the opera house are just a few minutes' walk away.
