Day 1: Switzerland - Bassano

Journey through the Vinschgau to Bassano del Grappa in the Veneto region.

Day 2: Asolo

Today's walk takes you to the town of Asolo, one of the most beautiful places in Italy (I Borghi più belli d'Italia). The hills of Asolo were settled by the Venetians as early as the 7th and 6th centuries BC, thanks to their favourable position and mild climate. Over the years, Asolo became a destination for poets and writers, artists and travellers who found inspiration and harmony there. From Ca' Vescovo, you follow a walking path and partly minor roads up to the Rocca di Asolo fortress, an irregular quadrangular complex that dominates the old town of Asolo. After visiting the fortress, you return to Bassano by coach. Here, a grappa tasting awaits you at a distillery in the old town. (Walking time approx. 3 hrs / ascent approx. 210 m / difficulty: easy)

Day 3: The Prosecco Circuit

In the Prosecco area of Valdobbiadene, your walk begins on the Anello del Prosecco circular route. The route passes through the villages of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol, which all belong to Valdobbiadene and all look back on a long winemaking tradition. You visit a winery, where you learn interesting facts about winemaking and taste Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG alongside various regional products. (Walking time approx. 2.5 hrs / ascent approx. 400 m / difficulty: easy to moderate)

Day 4: City Walk Venice

You can only discover the true magic of the city when you move away from the classic sights. Together with a local guide, you explore the Cannaregio district with its Jewish Ghetto, to get to know the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city. A stroll to the Gardens of Sant'Elena is also on the programme. Afterwards, we head on to the Bacari tour, an old tradition in which two Venetian osterie are visited. With an aperitivo and a cicchetto (small bite), you enjoy the intimate atmosphere. Salute! (Walking time approx. 4 hrs / ascent: minimal / difficulty: easy)
