Group fares on the rustexpress
The cheapest option for groups of 20 or more.
For groups, we require payment of the total amount in advance. You pay by credit card or on invoice. Please note that the booking is binding.

The group fare from CHF 89 per person (including coach travel and Europa-Park admission) applies to groups of 20 or more. The actual price depends on the travel date, the departure point and availability.
Book a trip for your group
You book the trip for your group on the official rustexpress just like a normal day trip. The group discounts are deducted from the price automatically, according to the group size you enter.

How do I book and pay?
You book online around the clock or by phone on 0848 000 232 and pay in advance with VISA, MasterCard, TWINT or PostFinance online banking. Your confirmation arrives straight away by email. Only groups can pay on invoice.
Can I book just the coach journey?
Yes. You can book just the return coach journey, or the coach journey together with Europa-Park admission. Booking only the outward or only the return journey is also possible: simply select “without coach” for the pick-up point of the outward journey or for the drop-off point of the return journey.
What happens if a trip is cancelled?
If fewer than 20 people are travelling, EUROBUS may cancel the trip up to 24 hours before departure due to insufficient occupancy. If you have to cancel yourself, the cancellation costs under the terms and conditions apply: free of charge up to 7 days before departure, 50% from 6 to 4 days before, and 100% of the travel price from 3 days before.
Is my travel money protected?
Yes. EUROBUS is a member of the guarantee fund of the Swiss travel industry. The money you pay for your booking is 100 per cent protected there.
From 30 people: a group trip in your own coach
For groups of 30 or more, travelling in your own coach is well worth it: the price per person is lower than on the official rustexpress, the group is picked up at a place of its choice, and the departure and return times are flexible. You will find more under Groups in a private coach.
Frequently asked questions about group trips
What applies if someone in the group cannot come?
The booking is binding. For partial cancellations of group bookings of 20 or more people, the following applies according to the terms and conditions, clause 2.2.2 b): up to 2 days before departure 0% of the travel price, 1–0 days before departure 80% of the travel price.
Is there an offer for school classes?
Yes. School classes of 10 or more have their own fares with a registration form: School fares on the rustexpress.
