Can hotel guests enter the park earlier?
Yes. With a valid admission ticket, hotel guests may enter Europa-Park half an hour earlier in the summer season and an hour earlier in the winter season, and Rulantica one hour before official opening all year round (only selected attractions are open at that time).
Can I book the hotel without the coach journey?
Yes. If you would rather make your own way there, for example by car, you book just the overnight stay with discounted admission tickets.
What cancellation costs apply?
For hotel bookings, the cancellation costs under the terms and conditions, clause 2.2.2 d), apply.
