With every hotel booking through EUROBUS Rustexpress you choose between discounted admission tickets for Europa-Park and for the Rulantica water world. You receive the tickets as e-tickets on your smartphone. You can add the coach journey from one of the 38 pick-up points to your booking, or you can make your own way there.

Hotel Krønasår: right next to Rulantica
Hotel Krønasår is directly next to the Rulantica water world. The Rustexpress stops right in front of the hotel; this is also the boarding and drop-off point for Rulantica. The return journey starts there as well. The other five themed hotels are right at Europa-Park; their guests get off at the bus stop opposite Hotel Colosseo.

Earlier into the water world: VIP access for hotel guests
Guests of the Europa-Park hotels with a valid admission ticket may enter Rulantica one hour before official opening, all year round. Only selected attractions are open during this time. VIP access applies on every day of the stay and is reserved for hotel guests.
Procedure and documents

Rooms are ready from 15:30, on presentation of the hotel voucher at reception; you can leave your luggage at the hotel until then.

Each person may bring one suitcase and one rucksack.

Your admission tickets arrive by email about two days before departure.

The return times are shown in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation costs
For hotel bookings at Europa-Park, the following cancellation costs apply under the terms and conditions, clause 2.2.2 d):
- up to 15 days before departure
- 0% of the travel price
- 14–8 days before departure
- 80% of the travel price
- 7–0 days before departure and no-show
- 100% of the travel price
