Frequently asked questions
Can I board at a different place?
No further pick-up points are approved for the advertised routes. With a group, however, you can travel in a private coach from the place of your choice: Groups in a private coach or Schools in a private coach.
Where do I get off at Europa-Park?
On day trips, directly at the Europa-Park coach car park; on trips with an overnight stay, at the Colosseo coach stop or in front of Hotel Krønasår. For Rulantica, the boarding and drop-off point is in front of Hotel Krønasår.
What happens if I am late?
Out of consideration for the other passengers, the coach does not wait for latecomers. Anyone who arrives late at the pick-up point loses the right to transport. Please be at the pick-up point 10 minutes before departure.
